Taxes & Central Treasury (Aerarium)

All protocol fees and taxes generated across Technopark Juvantia are accumulated in the central on-chain treasury contract: JuvantiaAerarium.sol.

1. Purpose & Security

• Permanent Reserve: The Aerarium serves as the official financial repository for ecosystem development, park maintenance, and common public goods.
• Hardware Security (Cold Custody): The contract is owned exclusively by an Administrator Hardware Wallet (Ledger) or a Safe Multi-Sig. Server backends hold zero private keys capable of moving treasury funds.

2. Spending Transparency

Every expenditure from the Aerarium is publicly visible on-chain:

• Withdrawals strictly mandate a text payment rationale (purpose).
• Every payout emits the on-chain event TreasurySpent(recipient, amount, purpose), ensuring that every euro spent by the foundation is permanently logged on the public ledger for all Citizens to audit.
