Revenue Sharing & Earnings

Every physical asset in the Juvantia Technopark (Robulus, Domus, Apparatus, Sector) can generate operational revenue through commercial services, device rentals, and autonomous operations.

1. Revenue Sources

Assets earn income through multiple real-world and on-chain mechanisms:

  • Device Leasing: Renting out the Operator role of a Robulus, Domus, or Sector via the Leasing Hub.
  • Commercial Services (Cloud Menu): Paid tasks performed by an Apparatus (e.g. battery charging, locker access, automated sorting).
  • Direct Donations & Operating Contributions: Voluntary contributions from citizens or co-owners sent directly to support asset operations.

2. Revenue Inflow & Allocation

When revenue arrives at the asset's contract (JuvantiaRevenueDistributor), it is automatically allocated into two segregated pools according to a margin rate (marginRateBps) established by the co-owners:

  1. Operating Balance (operatingBalance):
    • Funds earmarked strictly for real-world operating expenses (electricity, replacement parts, maintenance, cleaning).
    • These funds cannot be withdrawn as cash by shareholders. They can only be spent on verified goods and services inside the ecosystem.
    • Spend Governance: Any payout from the operating balance requires a spend proposal (proposeSpend) and a majority vote of $\ge 50.001%$ of total share tokens within a 24-hour voting window.
  2. Distributable Pool (distributablePool):
    • The remaining operational revenue allocated directly for asset share owners.
    • Continuous Claims: Share owners can claim their accumulated revenue share at any time in one click via the Juvantia mobile app using Circle Passkey (gasless via Paymaster).

3. Direct Operating Donations

Anyone can support a specific robot, facility, or land plot by sending a direct donation.

  • 100% Operating Allocation: Donations bypass the revenue margin split and land 100% in the asset's operatingBalance.
  • Economic Multiplier: Donated capital remains within the technopark economy, ensuring the asset stays powered and maintained without being extracted as cash.
