The capitalization and valuation of Juvantia assets are determined dynamically through a structured progression:

• Enthusiast's Material Valuation: The initial capitalization of a newly registered asset starts with the declaration by the Builder (Enthusiast) based on the cost of physical materials spent during construction.
• Technopark Appraisal Priority: If the Technopark performs its own official appraisal and valuation of the asset, this valuation automatically takes priority and overrides the Builder's initial declaration.
• Market Share Discovery: Following registration and initial trading, the market capitalization of the asset is discovered dynamically on the share market.
• Trade Hub Valuation Formula: Within the Trade Hub, the current valuation of the asset is calculated based on the cheapest active order listed for sale at the moment. This indicates that a co-owner is willing to sell at this price, allowing any Citizen to purchase shares at this rate.
