Sectors
A Sector is an on-chain Real World Asset (RWA) representing a specific spatial parcel within the boundaries of the JUVANTIA Technopark.
1. Asset Nature & Purpose
- Pure Spatial Asset: A Sector is an infrastructure asset (not a robot). It does not contain microcontrollers or direct teleoperation links.
- Primary Objective: Holding land for development, installing facilities (Domus), deploying commercial equipment (Apparatus), and participating in land lease revenue.
- APU Standard: Every sector is issued a digital passport of 100,000 APU (18 decimals) on the ARC network.
2. Sector Development Statuses
Every sector in the park has a defined readiness status recorded in the system:

prepared_no_grid | Prepared without City Grid | Leveled site with an installed aluminum base plate for mounting structures. No city utilities connected. |
prepared_with_grid | Prepared with City Grid | Leveled site with an aluminum mounting plate, fully connected to Technopark power grid and wired Ethernet. |
domus_installed | Domus Installed | A physical Domus module is mounted and secured on the prepared parcel. |
domus_contracted | Domus Contracted | A Domus is installed and under an active long-term operational or lease contract. |
apparatus_active | Apparatus Active | Active commercial, scientific, or technological machinery (Apparatus) is operating on the parcel. |
3. Primary Purchase & Trading
- Primary Market: Initial sector offerings originate directly from the official Technopark wallet (
0x3bb6869ad55fE8890DE15eC8A8D8D0Ac7994Efd1) in the Trade Hub. Technopark may list 100% of a parcel or distribute initial fractional pools. - Secondary Market: Sector shares are freely tradable in EURC through the Trade Hub with a 0% Technopark fee.
- Sector Governance: Sector co-owners elect a Sector Operator (by $\ge 50.001%$ share vote) responsible for site maintenance, utility payments, and landscaping proposals.
