Citizens of Juvantia can unite into collective organizations to pool capital, manage shared fleets of robotics, or collaborate on engineering projects.

The 1-User-1-Community Rule

A Citizen can be an active member of only ONE Community at any given time. However, holding equity shares in any number of Consortia or APU assets remains completely unrestricted.

1. Community Types

The ecosystem features three distinct organizational models:

Consortium (Commercial Entity)

• Essence: Corporate legal entity designed for commercial operations and asset ownership.
• On-Chain Architecture: Shared on-chain treasury (Consortium.sol) in EURC + 100,000 APU equity shares distributed among co-founders and investors.
• Leadership & Governance: Led by an elected Magister. Spending operates on three governance thresholds:
  • Petty Cash: Disbursed by the Magister unilaterally for routine operations.
  • Standard Spend: Approved by a 50.001% shareholder vote.
  • Major Decisions: Requires a 67–75% qualified majority vote.
• Public Identity: Unique @username, company avatar, and shared SVG Badge on all employee profiles.

Syndicate (Gaming Clan)

• Essence: Clan structure built for gaming, teleoperation missions, and team competitions.
• On-Chain Architecture: On-chain treasury (Syndicate.sol) with internal non-tradable points (memberPoints). No external APU units are minted.
• Grade Hierarchy: Configurable grade system (from 2 to 7 tiers, e.g. Recruit -> Commander) using allocation presets (Hierarchical, Proportional, or Flat).
• Non-Transferable Shares: Points cannot be sold on the market. If a member leaves or is dismissed, their points burn, proportionally increasing the stakes of remaining clan members.
• Leadership: Commanded by a Primus.

Collegium (Non-Commercial Fellowship)

• Essence: Informal fellowship of enthusiasts, researchers, or hobbyists collaborating on trust.
• Purely Social: Zero smart contracts, zero fees, no on-chain treasury.
• Purpose: Simple group coordination and attaching a shared SVG Badge to all members' profiles.
• Leadership: Administered by a Prior.

3. The SVG Badge System

Every Community can upload a square SVG Badge (Emblem). When a user becomes an active member, this badge is rendered alongside their username across all Juvantia interfaces (similar to verified organization badges).
