Definitions
Welcome to the canonical reference of terminology used throughout the JUVANTIA ecosystem.
JUVANTIA
A persistent teleoperated rover technopark physical installation powered by a Role-based Economy. JUVANTIA is physically situated on-site and operates with access restricted exclusively to teleoperated robotics during normal operational hours, opening for physical access by Citizens and their designated representatives only during specific park maintenance and service windows.
Juvantia Operator
The non-profit legal entity responsible for the physical operation and maintenance of JUVANTIA on the ground. The Operator handles technical operations, infrastructure availability, safety systems, on-site personnel management, and maintenance of the park’s physical assets and core utilities.
Juvantia Foundation
The legal entity responsible for all digital and on-chain operations within the Juvantia ecosystem, including the issuance of Real World Assets (RWA) tokens. The Foundation also acts as the legal custodian under whose care and custody the physical robotic assets of Citizens are placed.
Codex Civis
The comprehensive ruleset governing JUVANTIA, including the Park Charter, all official regulations and standards adopted under it, and any binding procedures explicitly referenced by these documents. Codex Civis defines what is permitted, what is prohibited, and what sanctions apply for non-compliance.
Aerarium
The JUVANTIA park treasury pool where all park revenues, service fees, lease payments, and fines are accumulated. The administration of JUVANTIA manages and allocates the funds within the Aerarium at its sole discretion for operational, developmental, or strategic purposes.
Citizen
Any natural person who joins JUVANTIA under the Park Charter and is subject to the Codex Civis. A Citizen is fully liable for all actions and violations committed within the Juvantia ecosystem, including those occurring within the digital environment.
Builder
An engineer who designs, constructs, or modifies Juvantia physical components, such as a Robulus, Domus, or Apparatus. Builders must strictly adhere to the technical standards of the Corpus Documentorum and are responsible for delivering their assets to the park either via shipping or by delivering them in person during designated service windows.
Contributor
A formal status awarded to any Member who makes a recognized contribution to the development, maintenance, or growth of the JUVANTIA ecosystem (including engineering, software development, testing, moderation, content creation, community support, or funding).
Assets
Any physical equipment, modules, or systems placed under the care and custody of the JUVANTIA Technopark while remaining under the digital ownership of their respective owners. These assets cannot be confiscated, seized, or reassigned without a binding ruling from the Multi-Model Tribunal.
Robulus
A mobile, teleoperated robotic platform built in accordance with Juvantia's technical specifications or purchased directly from Juvantia. Each Robulus is issued a digital passport in the form of cryptographically secured tokens representing its registration, which is transferred to the registrant.
Domus
A non-functional physical structure or module in the technopark designed for charging, housing, and storing Robuluses. Each Domus is issued a digital passport in the form of cryptographically secured tokens, which is transferred to the registrant.
Apparatus
A stationary, functional teleoperated robotic mechanism installed in the park that performs specific commercial, industrial, or service tasks. Each Apparatus is issued a digital passport in the form of cryptographically secured tokens, which is transferred to the registrant.
Sector
A digital routing and allocation right corresponding to a specific physical coordinate section within the JUVANTIA Technopark boundary. A Sector represents a digital-only authorization for placing assets (such as a Domus or Apparatus) and does not convey, imply, or constitute any ownership, leasehold, or claim over the physical land, remaining exclusively a digital utility right within the park's operational system.
Custodia
The law enforcement and security force operating within the physical territory of the JUVANTIA Technopark. Custodia holds the authority to perform detentions, searches, and other physical security actions, strictly governed by the Codex Civis and executed exclusively upon a direct, binding authorization from the Multi-Model Tribunal.
Multi-Model Tribunal
A collegial AI-based court composed of multiple independent foundation models that deliberate and issue a single unified ruling through a codified consensus procedure. The Tribunal is the final authority for resolving disputes, determining rule violations, and issuing sanctions within JUVANTIA, and its decisions are legally and operationally binding.
