Cursus Publicus is the official one-way communication and billing channel delivering administrative mail, system announcements, and invoices directly to the Juvantia mobile application.

1. Key Principles

• Official Delivery: Messages are generated strictly by Core backend services or authorized Technopark administrators. Users cannot reply or send unsolicited mail into this channel.
• Mobile Inbox: Delivered exclusively to the Juvantia native app (iOS & Android) with real-time push notifications.
• Immutable Record: Official notices and paid invoice receipts are permanently preserved for audit and record-keeping.

2. Message Types

Official Announcements

• Notifications regarding technopark events, maintenance windows, policy updates, or community governance results.
• Supports role-based targeting (e.g. notices sent specifically to all Robulus Operators or Sector owners).

Payment Invoices

• Automated payment requests generated for ecosystem services (such as Consortium incorporation fees, land lease renewals, or ordered parts).
• One-Click Passkey Payment: Each invoice includes an itemized breakdown and a "Pay X EURC" button.
• Tapping the button prompts instant biometric authorization via Circle Passkey (gasless via Paymaster). Upon confirmation on ARC, the ordered service unlocks immediately.
