Leasing

Citizens can lease out their Sector or Domus assets.

• Manager Election (In-App): To lease out the asset and manage its operational details, co-owners elect a Manager directly through a voting interface in the Juvantia app. The elected Manager is authorized to handle leasing and maintenance, including choosing tenants, defining lease rates, selecting maintenance providers, and paying utility bills like electricity and other household expenses.
• Re-Election (51% Majority): Co-owners can replace or re-elect the Manager at any time in the app. The decision requires a majority of at least 51% of the asset ownership, held either by a single owner or a collective group of co-owners.
