Domus Classes

Domus structures in Juvantia are categorized into three main types based on their ownership and function.

1. Private Domus

Purpose: Personal residence or private storage.
Access: Restricted to the owner and authorized guests.
Robulus Storage: Allowed.

2. Praedium Mercatorium (No Robulus Access)

Purpose: Commercial activity where Robulus units are not permitted to enter or be stored inside.
Smart Contract: Required for business operations.
Robulus Access: Prohibited inside the structure.
Examples: High-security data centers, clean rooms, specific retail shops.

3. Praedium Mercatorium (With Robulus Access)

Purpose: Commercial activity that welcomes or stores Robulus units.
Smart Contract: Required for business operations.
Robulus Access: Allowed (e.g., for delivery, service, or parking).
Examples: Repair shops, warehouses, Robulus-friendly cafes, charging stations.

Note: All Domus types must comply with the CJD Plug Standard if they offer charging services.
