Domus

Domus refers to any stationary structure, housing module, or building within JUVANTIA Park.

This section covers the classification, registration, and technical standards for all Domus types.

Key Concepts

• Classes: Domus units are categorized by their use (Private vs. Commercial) and their interaction with Robulus units.
• Cella & Sub-Assets: Multi-unit Domus structures can host distinct sub-assets called Cellae (DM-XXXX-C{N}), each with an autonomous 100,000 APU passport and isolated rental yields.
• Registration: Mandatory for all structures.
• Electricity: Requires a separate application to the Aediles (only if connection is needed).
• Design Code: Certain districts enforce aesthetic rules.
• Land Ownership: You must own the land to place a Domus. Placing a Domus on someone else's property or on unclaimed territory is prohibited.
