Definitions

JUVANTIA A real-world park for teleoperated systems, including Robuli units and other remotely operated equipment, together with the digital rules, registries, and procedures that govern their use.

Juvantia Foundation The non-profit legal entity operating JUVANTIA. Responsible for technical operation, infrastructure availability, safety systems, and maintenance of the park’s core services.

Park Rules The ruleset governing JUVANTIA, including the Park Charter, all official regulations and standards adopted under it, and any binding procedures explicitly referenced by these documents. Park Rules defines what is allowed, what is prohibited, and what sanctions apply.

Aerarium The JUVANTIA park treasury is the pool where all park revenues, fees, and fines are accumulated. No profit distribution is permitted; funds may only be used for operating and developing the park within JUVANTIA.

Member Any natural person who joins JUVANTIA under the Park Charter and is subject to Park Rules. Membership is linked to a unique account identity within JUVANTIA.

Resident A Member who has at least one registered Robulus physically present in the park, enabling continuous or periodic operation inside JUVANTIA.

Contributor A Member who contributes value to JUVANTIA (engineering, testing, content, moderation, funding, support, outreach, or other impact) without necessarily being a Resident.

Remote Assets All physical and digital property owned or controlled by a Member within JUVANTIA, including Robuli, teleoperated systems, Shelters, and on-chain contracts.

Robulus (pl. Robuli) A mobile teleoperated mini-robot registered in JUVANTIA, used to interact with the park environment. A Robulus must comply with applicable technical and safety standards.

Teleoperated System A stationary or installed remotely operated system used for training, experimentation, entertainment, service work, or other lawful purposes in JUVANTIA (e.g., lifts, cranes, repair manipulators, fixed tools). Teleoperated Systems are not classified as Robuli.

Shelter A registered physical structure in JUVANTIA used for storage, operations, charging, business activity, or infrastructure purposes.

Shelter Types:

  • Private Shelter — non-commercial use (personal storage, parking, maintenance).
  • Commercial Shelter (Robulus Access) — business activity where Robuli may enter or be stored inside.
  • Commercial Shelter (Systems Only) — business activity where only stationary Teleoperated Systems are installed; Robulus entry/storage is not permitted.
  • Commercial Shelter (No Access/Storage) — business activity with no Robulus entry/storage and no Teleoperated Systems installed.

Multi-Model Tribunal A collegial AI-based court composed of multiple models that deliberate and issue a single decision by a defined procedure. The Tribunal is the final authority for disputes and rule violations within JUVANTIA, and its decisions are binding.

Smart Contract A self-executing software protocol that automatically facilitates, verifies, or enforces the negotiation or performance of a contract. In Juvantia, smart contracts are legally binding and constitute the primary method for regulating economic relations (Code is Law).
