JUVANTIA Park Charter
Preamble
We, the participants of JUVANTIA, establish this Park Charter to govern a real-world park for Remote Assets and the infrastructure around them.
JUVANTIA exists to enable safe remote operation, engineering experimentation, and practical collaboration. We keep the park neutral and technology-first: what makes us different is set aside — we are united by technology and remote operation.
This Charter defines the core principles of safety, property protection, and fair rules for all participants. By joining JUVANTIA, you agree to follow these rules and to respect the safety and comfort of others.
TECHNOLOGIA CONIUNCTI
United by Technology
TITULUS I — Fundamental Principles
Purpose. JUVANTIA exists for entertainment, the advancement of science and technology, and the demonstration of remote interaction between humans and Remote Assets.
Non-Profit Operation. Park revenues may be used only for operating, maintaining, and developing JUVANTIA’s on-site infrastructure and services.
Inviolability of Participant Assets. Participants’ Remote Assets and licensed plots are respected. Seizure or restrictions may occur only by decision of the Multi-Model Tribunal and only to cover proven damage caused to other participants’ assets or to park infrastructure under Park Rules.
Neutral Public Space. References to real-world events, persons, organizations, or ideologies — as well as symbols or advocacy tied to racial, ethnic, religious, political, or other social identities — are prohibited in JUVANTIA’s public sphere. Neutral entertainment and fictional cultural references are permitted.
Privacy of Identity. The link between a real-world person and a Member account is confidential. It may only be disclosed by the decision of the Member themselves.
TITULUS II. MEMBERSHIP
Joining. Any person may become a Member.
Equality. Discrimination on any grounds is prohibited.
Termination. Membership may be revoked by decision of the Operator for violations of Park Rules, in accordance with the procedures defined in Park Rules.
Membership Statuses. A Member may hold one or more Membership Statuses, including Custodia Staff, Resident, Contributor, Foundation Representative, and Company Representative (an authorized representative of a legal entity). Any special rights or obligations attached to a status are defined by Park Rules.
TITULUS III. RIGHTS AND DUTIES
- Members have the right to:
- protection of their Remote Assets and property;
- reliable technical access to operate their Remote Assets;
- participate in the park community and propose improvements;
- Members must:
- follow Park Rules and technical safety standards;
- respect Multi-Model Tribunal decisions;
- avoid actions that endanger others or damage Remote Assets;
TITULUS IV. Custodia
Purpose. Custodia is the park’s public order and safety service. It maintains a calm and safe environment, helps prevent incidents, and supports access control within the park’s territory and infrastructure.
Fines and Sanctions. Custodia may not impose fines or sanctions. Custodia may only request a determination of sanctions from the Multi-Model Tribunal and may enforce Tribunal decisions as specified by Park Rules.
Custodia Robuli. Custodia Robuli may be permitted a slightly larger size and weight than standard Robuli and may carry specialized equipment for safety, access control, documentation, and order-maintenance purposes, as defined by Park Rules and technical standards.
TITULUS V. JUSTITIA
Tribunal Authority. The Multi-Model Tribunal makes final decisions on disputes and rule violations in JUVANTIA. Its rulings are binding.
No Abuse. Lying to the Tribunal or submitting fake evidence is a serious violation.
No Vigilantism. Members may not enforce punishment on their own; enforcement happens only through official procedures.
TITULUS VI. ECONOMY AND PROPERTY
Principles. The JUVANTIA economy is based on private property and programmable money. Economic interactions may be executed through smart contracts. Code-based obligations are treated as final (“Code is Law”) as long as they comply with Park Rules.
Smart Contracts. Any Member may deploy their own smart contracts for online use and for interaction with JUVANTIA’s physical infrastructure, subject to required technical and safety rules.
Market Freedom. JUVANTIA enforces rules but does not interfere in market competition. Results produced by Remote Assets are the legal property of their owners, unless Park Rules states otherwise.
Verified Currencies. JUVANTIA maintains a list of Verified Currencies (euro-pegged stablecoins). Verified Currencies are required only when interacting with JUVANTIA smart contracts and within its physical infrastructure.
