Shelter (formerly Domus) refers to any stationary structure or building within JUVANTIA Park.

This section covers the classification, registration, and technical standards for all Shelter types.

Key Concepts

• Classes: Shelters are categorized by their use (Private vs. Commercial) and their interaction with Robulus units.
• Registration: Mandatory for all structures.
• Electricity: Requires a separate application to the Aediles (only if connection is needed).
• Design Code: Certain districts enforce aesthetic rules.
• Land Ownership: You must own the land to place a Shelter. Placing a Shelter on someone else's property or on unclaimed territory is prohibited.
