Section VI. The Colosseum

TITULUS I. Zone Status

1. Terra Nullius. The territory of the Colosseum is a zone free from the operation of Park Rules regarding the protection of person and property.
2. Absence of Guarantees. By entering the Colosseum, a Member assumes all risks. Safety is guaranteed exclusively by the technical capabilities of your Robulus.
3. Non-Interference. The Custodia and Multi-Model Tribunal do not consider petitions regarding incidents within the Colosseum.

TITULUS II. Property and Services

1. Space. Juvantia does not sell or lease Shelters or space within the perimeter of the Colosseum.
2. Insurance. Standard insurance contracts do not operate within the territory of the Colosseum. Any damage sustained here is not an insured event.
3. Freedom of Action. Within the Colosseum, any actions are permitted, including combat clashes.
   • Exception: The operation of Liber VI (Principle of Neutrality) extends to the territory of the Colosseum as well. It is also prohibited here to reference real-world politics, religion, or prohibited ideologies.
   • Prerogative. Juvantia reserves the right to eliminate violations of the principle of neutrality within the Colosseum by any available means, including by hiring other Robuli (elimination contract).
