Section IV. Trade and Settlements

TITULUS I. Monetary System

  1. Verified Currencies. The list of currencies authorized for settlements within the park infrastructure is determined and published by the Consul's Office.
  2. Standard. Only Euro-pegged stablecoins holding a valid MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) license are eligible for inclusion in the Verified Currencies list.

TITULUS II. Smart Contracts

  1. Certification. All smart contracts operating within JUVANTIA must obtain certification from the Consul's Office. Code audit is not a mandatory requirement of the law, but certification is necessary for legal status.
  2. Taxation. Every legal contract must contain program code for the automatic deduction of taxes to the Aerarium (park treasury) or platform commissions.
  3. Illegal Contracts. The use of uncertified ("shadow") contracts is prohibited. Participants in such transactions bear joint and several liability.
  4. Automatic Enforcement. Smart contracts must provide the technical capability for the forced deduction of fines and taxes by decision of the Multi-Model Tribunal at the moment of transaction execution.
