Liber VI. Toponyms and Public Affairs

TITULUS I. Principle of Immersiveness

  1. Prohibition of Reality. Juvantia is a world of the future and technology. In the public space, the use of names, symbols, and images directly referencing the real political, religious, national, or geographical agenda of Earth is strictly prohibited.
  2. Scope of Application. The prohibition extends to:
    • Naming: Streets, squares, buildings (Domus), robots (Robuli), organizations, and communities.
    • Visualization: Applying flags, coats of arms, religious symbols, or portraits of any real persons to robot bodies, building facades, screens, or any other surfaces.
    • Simulation: Reenacting historical events, political rallies, or religious rites of Earth.
    • Audio: Broadcasting anthems, political speeches, or slogans in the public space.
    • Digital Spaces: Violations committed on the official Forum Juvantiae (forum.juvantia.org) are subject to the same liability as those committed in the physical space of the city.

TITULUS II. Exceptions

  1. Fictional Culture. The use of names, titles, and symbolism from fictional universes, literature, cinema, games, and mythology is permitted, provided they are not used as an allegory for prohibited real-world themes.
  2. Trademarks. The use of registered Earth trademarks and brands is permitted if the owner holds the right to them and their use is of a commercial rather than political nature.
  3. Personal Names. Citizens may use their nicknames if they do not violate the provisions of § 1.

TITULUS III. Public Decor

  1. Visual Code. The appearance of buildings and robots must correspond to the futuristic aesthetic of the city.
  2. Fines for Violation. Any violation of the principle of immersiveness is recorded by the Custodia. The owner receives an order to remove the prohibited element and a fine. Upon repeated violation, the principle of escalation applies (see Liber VII).
