• Goals: Serves to develop the economy and accumulate a stabilization fund. It is not concerned with the price of the Dinar or other investment qualities.
• Functions: It independently sets the interest rate, minting amount, and burning amount, pursuing only its core goals.
• Mechanism: The prompt is established by the Juvantia Foundation.
